Original, ready-made pieces

If you buy an existing piece from the shop (a mandala, bookmark, or pair of earrings already listed for sale), you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason, under EU distance-selling rules. To cancel, email mandalasbycheryl@gmail.com within that window. You will then have 14 further days to send the item back.

The piece must be returned unused and in its original condition, with any packaging. You are responsible for return postage unless the item arrived faulty or damaged. Once we receive it back in good condition, we will refund the item price (excluding original shipping, if any) to your original payment method within 14 days.

Custom commissions

Because custom commissions are made specifically to your requested size, colours, and design, they are personalised goods and are not eligible for the standard 14-day right of withdrawal once work has begun, in line with EU consumer protection law.

Before starting a commission, we agree the details with you (size, style, colour palette, price) via the commission form or email, so there are no surprises. If you need to cancel before painting has started, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate it.

Damaged or faulty items

Every piece is carefully packaged by hand, but if your item arrives damaged or faulty, email us photos within 7 days of delivery at mandalasbycheryl@gmail.com and we will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund, including return postage, at no cost to you.
